Daily Duties at Measurement & Standards Department:

Developed a variety of measurement techniques used to calibrate numerous instruments in support of manufacturing. Audited plant operations to specific government requirements. Calibration traceability, methods of work and overall procedures were evaluated. Created methods of calibration for optical components (LED's and Laser Diodes) where none existed. Primary areas of responsibility included optics, heat, vacuum, radiation, frequency, gage and torque.
