Daily Duties at Measurement & Metrology Development:

Developed and transferred metrology processes to a start up semiconductor manufacturing facility in Singapore. Qualified multiple production tools, confirmed calibration to US standards. Resulted in expedited transfer of processes, enabling the company produce more product and increase profits. Tasked with the day to day management of multiple metrology tools used by the VLSI Process Development Department. Performed extensive software testing on a variety of applications to validate operation and compatibility with internal systems. Primary areas of responsibility included film thickness, critical dimension, stress and depth.
