Measurement & Metrology Department Work Values

Daily Duties at Measurement & Metrology Department:

Industrial Engineering Department: Perform numerous sizings to confirm the number of tools needed to manufacture process against expected sample rate & utilization targets. Industrial Engineering Department: Make recommendations for tool purchases to meet current and future production requirements.. Manufacturing Engineering Department: Troubleshoot production tool and system issues as needed. Manufacturing Engineering Department: Provide technical leadership in the areas of process improvement, tool evaluations, process transfer and qualification to internal and business partner manufacturing facilities. Manufacturing Engineering Department: Collaborate with tool vendors and the internal organizations to test and debug software applications & tool issues and provide direction for future enhancements. Manufacturing Engineering Department: Lead projects as needed to address various production/development issues in a timely fashion using the LEAN six sigma methodology. Primary areas of responsibility include sizing of load, film thickness, critical dimension and AFM.
