Daily Duties at Vanaguard Logistics (Usa) Inc :
1) Review & analyze user requirements/specifications in preparation of testing life cycle from test planning to defect logging, tracking and managing defects. 2) Directly supervises testing team including training, coaching & mentoring. 3) Establish metrics and measures by auditing quality trends and communicate the software readiness and level of quality to QA upper management, QA team & developers consistently & effectively 4) Participate in the planning, scheduling and deployment of the software releases globally. 5) Involved in testing - functional, integration, regression, system, browser compatibility & UAT 6) Create & maintain test cases in Quality Center. 7) Recommend & contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process. 8) Actively participate in various meetings - walk-through,scrum, agile, change management & defect review meetings. 9) Communicate the process across different functional departments and IT. Serve as a resource to the users. 10) Provide leadership & work guidance to less experienced personnel.
