Daily Duties at Pulling Down The Moon:

Manage the location operations: respond to phone and internet inquiries, schedule appointments, resolve customer service issues (both in-house at the location and with the online store), retail inventory control, balance the drawer and make the weekly deposit. Discern areas for possible cost-saving opportunities and streamline in-house operations and processes. Write and proofread marketing material; maintain Xerox Copy Center and oversee the printing of all company forms, fliers and handouts for all locations. Develop and maintain two on-line stores; contact for outside IT issues and maintenance. Train all administrative and practitioner staff in computer operations, company processes and customer service and respond to their questions and problems. Represent the company and participate in local area marketing opportunities through the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce.
