. Supervise a 22 multi-site engineers team to write technical proposal, answer SoC, clarify requirement, design HLD/LLD for customer in different regions. . Reengineer Huawei MBB VGS solution, which coordinate standalone PCEF (DPI embedded), PCRF, BI, network Probe, UCM, Rating Engine to provide closed marketing ecosystem for mobile broadband business. . Directing Product management team to work on the solution roadmap . Lead solution RAT team to make decision whether the requirement from customers can be accepted or not, sort the accepted requirement according to the importance of project. . Co-ordinate development of solution components.
