• Provided full bandwidth of HR services for Maple Leaf Consumer Foods Foodservice Sales & Marketing and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable client groups within a fast paced environment including coaching, organizational design, strategic recruitment, compensation, on boarding and orientation, talent management, policy interpretation/compliance, exits, training and development and employee relations • Counseled and provided ongoing professional development to employees in order to support their HR needs and the organization’s succession planning • Facilitated the execution of organizational development and change management initiatives; restructures, communication plans, and organizational announcements • Support management team in driving business priorities • Actively pursued process improvement activities in support of simplifying the business
