• Managed the STD and LTD absenteeism program for all salaried employees • Supported process improvement through ‘Making it Easier’ projects including new hire on-boarding and manager tool-kits • Resolved employee requests of basic payroll and benefits issues and interpretation of policies and procedures • Conducted exit interviews, analyzed data and ran reports for distribution to Sr. Management • Conducted training for the Performance Assessment & Development (PAD) and Development Action Plan (DAP) process • Created and implemented a training program for compliance to Bill 168 and rolled out across all salaried employees • Prepared employment verification letters • Recruited for and filled vacancy list for a department of over 600 plus salaried positions • Assisted with employee social events – Grade 9 Take Your Kids to Work Day, Holiday Events • Supported and implemented the retention process for all high potential salaried employees • Actively pursued process improvement activities • Standardized and organized the existing orientation program and new hire package for Client Services
