Daily Duties at Ci Investments:
• Provided support and administrative assistance to employees regarding all areas of HR • Benefits Administration – enrolled new members, made changes to existing employee information, and responded to requests • Maintained and updated accurate employee information in the Human Resources Information System • Assisted with the orientation sessions for new hires, including an introduction to the company, completion of employment packages, building tour and responding to queries • Completed and maintained the company remedy tickets and security access cards • Assisted with the organization of the health and safety program, fire wardens and the emergency evacuation procedures • Assisted with events such as charity campaigns, company functions, workplace flu shot clinic and Grade 9 Take Your Kids to Work Day for over 1,000 employees • Prepared letters of employment • Maintained employee personnel files
