Managing Medicare caseload for PPS and Medicare part B managment. Responsible for all cut letters for Medicare B caseload, also tracking and completing all skilled Physician Certifications. Managed, tracked and followed up with all Managed Care and private insurance Pre-certifications and Re-certifications. Managed, trained and retained therapy staff. Actively engaged in and supported department quality assurance programs, education and customer service programs. Integral part in all annual State surveys. Developed clinical programs for discharge management and Part B caseload developement.
