Daily Duties at Ifco Systems:
Regional oversight for 13 on-site locations. 11 on-site manager and 1 regional manager.• Strategic thinking; continually analyze work processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement process improvements to achieve industry best practices and processes. • Client business process assessments including current process and expenditure analysis _ PL responsibility for region of 20 million • Hire, develop, manage and motivate staff. • Deployment and management of resources • Contract development, negotiation and finalization • Customer service and problem resolution; ensure departments meet or exceed performance requirements in the areas of safety, shortage, cost control, quality, processing standards, reliability, customer service and execution to plan. • Develop metrics to ensure service levels are attained while managing to planned expense ratios; data collection and analysis of cost savings, performance measures as well as report generation. • Develop and review analyses of activities, costs, budget and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.
