Daily Duties at Datm Enterprises :
My responsibilities were sales, coaching, training, P & L reviews, hiring/firing, administration, marketing, and leader. Initially I personally sold $300K with a solid margin of $150K for the first year. In year 2, I hired, trained, coached, and managed 2 new sales reps and their results were both over 100% of goal. I also brought in several consultants to help run the business from an administrative and customer service department. These consultants were paid a flat fee which kept expenses under control while maintaining the integrity of the business.We eventually utilized these consultants (and others) to add services to our portfolio of business consulting services. Untimately during our last year, I built the business to $3.5 million dollars in revenue with 36% of that hitting our bottom line. I continued to run the company on a day to day basis until 2006 when I sold my share of the business to my partner. I planned and developed budgets, developed and implemented sales strategies, analyzed market trends and threats while adjusting our strategy for success, I consistently monitored client acquisition and growth, and I held our employees to my developed budgets and defined plans to surpass expected results.
