Daily Duties at Toyota Center:
Managed 32-member conversion crew for all night changeovers and set-ups for +18K seats center. Directed all aspects of changeovers, supporting team members and utilizing individual strengths of each member when assigning responsibilities. Managed all facilities operations including housekeeping. Assisted on all major projects, budgeting, capital spending, and tracked all inventory. Supervised multiple tasks including stage builds with customized needs, ice and court installation, and retractable seating arrangements. Developed and promoted strong relationships with other departments. Selected Contributions: ♦ Implemented and oversaw all aspects of planning and production for special events including Latin Grammy Awards Show and 2006 NBA All-Star Game. ♦ Handled event coordination for all major events including all NBA and AHL games, concerts, and completed all ice changeovers. ♦ Collaborated with production stage managers to ensure implementation of specialized show needs, anticipate and address potential problems, meet deadlines, and provide outstanding service. ♦ Oversaw all hiring, training, and payroll for conversion employees, managed all temporary labor contracts, and collaborated with outside contractors.
