Daily Duties at Topflight Corporation, Glen Rock Pa:

• Monitoring progress of the artwork that the Methods person on the team received from Estee Lauder’s office in New York City in order to meet their Product Launch Dates. Once the artwork was approved by Topflight Art Department, the Methods person had to pick material and ink to meet Estee’s Standards. The standards were provided to us by the Product Line Managers at Estee. It was also my responsibility to cover for the Methods person when they were out. Once the art was approved by Estee Lauder in NYC, the initial order was placed. Off the first run I would send samples to the Packager in NYC for their approval. Once approved we could send the first shipment. I had to track this using Excel Spreadsheet to make ensure we maintained their launch date. • I performed automated order entry from their EDI system into Oracle. If any date was out of our Manufacturing Range I would have to communicate that to the purchaser in each of their manufacturing plants and coordinate it with them before the next EDI upload. EDI was performed every other day. • I monitored the progress of the orders daily by communication with our Scheduling and Manufacturing group. Any late orders, I had to provide recovery dates to each Planner at Estee Manufacturing facilities. I also had to make sure that Oracle was updated to match Estee Lauders computer system to not allow duplicate orders to be entered on the next EDI upload. • Analyze the MRP Data coming in from Estee Lauder to be sure that deliveries fell in the appropriate manufacturing time and that pricing was correct. If pricing was incorrect, I had to contact the Packager in NYC to discuss the pricing difference. Until pricing was resolved the order could not ship. • Responsible for returning any bad product and reviewing it with Topflight Quality Department to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and released to Manufacturing I had to than work with Scheduling internally to provide an immediate recovery date to Estee Lauder Purchasing Group. At times, this also included working with Topflight Accounting Department to issue a credit. • Provided reports to Estee Lauder Purchasing Manager in regards to on time delivery and open orders using Microsoft Excel. • Provided reports to Topflight Management, Sales Group and Supervisors on our on time delivery to Estee Lauder using Microsoft Excel
