Daily Duties at Technology Automation And Management Inc:
Manage budget, quality and delivery for MCiS’ global End User Device (EUD) Program supporting all military health care facilities in the world. Gather requirements, allocate resources, monitor utilization and performance of resources. Review and approve Independent Government Contract Estimate (IGCE) for FAR and DoDI 5000 compliance. Manage Services P & L and forecast/ spend plans. Coordinate acquisition, contracting and vendor sourcing activities. Ensure site readiness, device imaging (AHLTA and Essentris applications), and installations occur. Oversee management of Oracle server refresh projects for Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support Program (DMLSS). Ownership for end to end Procurement process for Design and Deployment teams. Perform task order management, reporting and meeting facilitation. Lead and participate in business process transformation projects and perform other duties as required.
