Daily Duties at Business Consultant Specialities:
I managed the sales and marketing divisions for a consulting group.I was responsible for exceeding sales goals, hiring, training, and coaching sales people. I was responsible for the P & L of the company, creating all marketing materials including our web site presence and social media esposure. I facilitated the company's administration and regularly met with existing and new clients.I was originally a "silent partner" in the firm and joined "full time" to assist in enhancing the sales and marketing production of the firm (that occurred in 2010.) I focused on capturing new clients and immediately got the firm back to a profitable state (my specific steps and achievements are listed below.) At the end of 2011, the P & L demonstrated an overall profit of $650K which positioned the organization to be attractive enough to be sold (which occurred in January 2012.) I constantly researched markets to define new opportunities for additinal business, and worked closely with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction. I formed many new relationships with key companies to develop sales and partnerships.
