Daily Duties at Landry Crab House:

Help and creating new menu developing.All ordering, food cost, scheduling labor control, Servr Safe Proto Certified Food service HACCP Develop trainers. Ensure food is quality. Help and creating new menu developing. Spotlighted Food Cost and all plate ware. Inventory with General Manager. Cross Training all employees in boy staff. Hiring all new employees. In charge of all food invoicing. Helping with all new menu items and putting in a major input on our happy hour menu. In charge of scheduling and hourly labor for the shift am and pm. Changing pars from week to week base on sales. In charge of meat orders,lobster orders and fish orders including all inventory at the end of the night. In charge of all line checks and food reviews.
