Helped open up 12 cpk as a boy lead. In charge of all trainers and training also keeping all training materials up to date. In charge of scheduling, all ordering including new store opening orders. In charge of getting all 50 cooks to learn recipes before store opening and learning the culture as well. In charge of all pre-shifts before opening including closing pre-shifts. In charge of all trainers and new cooks appraisals.
