Helped open up new cpk's as a kitchen trainer in each station such as prep trainer pizza trainer, prep trainer in each store opening. Help store become the first certified store in the region. Trained all cooks to get certified in all stations. In charge of grading all test for kitchen manager. Creating schematics for all lines. Maintaining a great environment for the cooks to work in. Working expo shift checking quality of food. Checked out all cooks for closing and opening duties. Helped Kitchen Manager with all new recipes every 3 to 6 months. Helped out with changing pars for kitchen manager.
