Daily Duties at Microsoft Corporation:
Single Point of Contact for all assigned clients responsible for the overall executive relationship and communication and have full understanding of their business model, vision and requirements. Ensure operational success with the creation of project/program reports that depict progress, goals, risks, issues, budget attainment and overall project status. Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly executive status review meetings with key stakeholders. Work with internal partners (Architects, Consultants, SME’s) to develop integrated solutions to meet customer requirements. Develop project scope, timeline, Statement of Work and contractual agreements including Services Agreements and Work Orders (contract) to engage in new customer business. Work with Resource Management to staff new engagements with appropriate resources and integrate new resources into the account by executing project kickoff meetings, establishing the initial project plan and organizing the project team. Engage with customers on additional requirements and business needs and proactively define, scope and sell follow on project work Act as an escalation point to the customer and project team members and expedite resolution of key issues through cross functional collaboration and executive engagement. Oversees and develops uniquely complex work statements, budgets and schedules for large complex global programs. Defines overall high-level program plans and their interdependencies, manages communications and sets realistic objectives for project team members. Manage risks, scope changes as appropriate. Maintains quality of program deliverables within defined and agreed upon program requirements. Drive revenue growth by seeking new opportunities within client environment. Manages legal, contractual, and customer processes to ensure compliance with agreed upon requirements.
