Daily Duties at California Pizza Kitchen:
Opening the Pizza line and prepping for the whole shift. Making sure the pizza line was set for the am and pm shift. Making sure all prep was done for the line before i went home. Had line ready to open before doors open up at 11:30. Responsible for filling out pizza checklist what to prep and what not to prep for the line. Keeping up with all line procedures and recipe changes. Pulling out enough dough for the shift am and pm shift. Closing duties was to kitchen manager expectations.Sanitation. Following prep procedures 100%. Maintaining equipment at all times. Keeping whole prep area organize . Helped out dishwasher when needed and during the shift. Helped Kitchen manager organize and put delivery away as well as check the delivery in.
