Daily Duties at Fm Corporation:
Duties included working with customers to assure design quality, quoting prices for all new items, designing fixtures and processing equipment, sourcing various outside components, setting time standards, maintaining the plant layout, developing and improving methods for various mold, finishing and assembly processes, and sustaining product cost structures. Directed and coordinated activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment. Responsible for the successful implementation of a new manufacturing sofware "Visual Manufacturing" and the supervision of the four associates assigned to this project. Set new company operating procedures and guidelines for daily activities, training of all associates on new company philosophies, procedures, guidelines, and use of software. Team leader for the Suggestion and Safety teams.
