Daily Duties at Deloitte:

 Provide strategic solutions for mitigating risks and complying with regulatory requirements  Develop Business Requirements Documents for broker dealers and hedge funds for system implementations and enhancements. Experience with interviewing stakeholders, User Acceptance Testing, and project lifecycles  Conduct FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) assessments analyzing the impact and gaps from a process, system and data perspective, as well as conducting legal entity classifications and developing compliance frameworks for future enhancements  Developed FATCA onboarding Business Requirements Documents for the 3rd largest broker dealer in the United States  Assisted in governance processes for an industry-wide development in the securities industry. This involved documenting a plan to be filed with the SEC detailing the approach to develop a consolidated audit trail for the self-regulatory organizations and broker/dealers in the North America securities industry
