Ms. Corbett directs the work of project teams performing management consultant work for a number of federal and military agencies to include the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Centers for Medicare/ Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Defense (DOD), and the Department of Energy (DOE). Ms. Corbett assisted many agencies in transforming their operations into high performing/ most efficient/ world class organizations through the use of business process re-engineering (BPR), cost analysis and organizational re-design. Additionally she provides advice and guidance on balanced scorecard, acquisition strategy planning, requirements analysis, outsourcing, and overall business transformation.
