• Managed customer needs by surveying house contents, inventory and individual needs before the move • Coordinated the relocation between the company, realtor and the employee that is relocating • Liaison between driver and company during move and problem solve accordingly • Pursued, organized and set up meetings with new prospective clients and re-occurring clients
