Daily Duties at Sony Mobile:
• Worked under a matrix style management environment, coordinating 3 upstream and 5 downstream teams, up to 50 people. • Daily routine includes making test plans with self defined test strategy (Risk based), reporting project status, establishing environment, meeting with global sites in Sweden, Japan and U.S., issue follow-up, and escalating issues to higher management, Recruiting and Training new employees. • Hold weekly project review to handle project issues, track project KPI and balance resource; Hold monthly Operational Steering meeting with high level management team; Hold projects Milestone review and give Go/No-Go recommendation.
