Daily Duties at Gryder's Shoes:
I was the head of sales for all 20 stores. We had 3 District Managers that I hired or promoted to their positions. I developed a 5 phase training manual that each employee was responsible to complete the first three phases within the first 90 days of employment. The other 2 phases were for those wishing to or in management. I oversaw payroll of stores along with the President of the company. I was paid a good percentage of the companies revenue and had to pay all employees from that and what was left was what I made. I oversaw loss prevention, held quarterly sales training and motivation times. Worked closely with both the president and vice president of the company. Visited each store at least once a month.
