I was responsible for the budgeting, management, human resource, and strategic planning process for this multimillion dollar corporation. I was accountable for all lending functions, marketing, ensuring productivity, compliance with company policies and legal guidelines, and efficient delivery of products and services to clients. One of three multi-million dollar producers out of over 25 agents, rapidly becoming a team leader and the top rated sales person for several years for the company. I specialized in high profile international clients and the portfolio of clients included markets from Colombia, Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Argentina and others.
