Daily Duties at Rainbow Food Service:

I am the school liaison for our company. I work with schools to come up with a lunch program is beneficial to their needs. I implement the program by creating menus and coordinating with the school director to make an easy transition. I followup to make sure procedures and standards are met at all times. I managed the billing for the schools and all the paperwork that the state requires for free and reduced lunches.
