Daily Duties at Computers For All:
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying parts needed and repaired hardware issues on customers’ laptops, desktops and smartphones. Also gave recommendations for upgrades on basic hardware and software products to customers to help customers avoid further problems and generate revenue.
