Daily Duties at Allied Container Systems:

Program Manager responsible for $130M program with 15 projects. Developed the company model for program and operations management on a large government contract for a small business. Reported to executive management and government client as single point of contact. Directly managed 10 people, 10 functional reports and 20 reports to supervisors that reported to me. Responsible for multiple budgets, schedules, contract management, project controls and engineering/design team and site teams, subcontractors. Completed construction of the world's largest (2500 building, 300 acre) shipping container based training complex for the Marines
