Daily Duties at Integra Telecom, Inc.:
• Manage organizational change initiatives through development of training plans for launches of 2 new products, 2 new IT systems and 1 new process per month impacting 1500+ employees • Create plans, programs and provide direction in alignment with company goals to support a holistic employee development strategy for base of 2,000 employees across 11 states including but not limited to new hire, sales, product certification, technical, soft skills and leadership development Assessed training needs and determined best content documentation an delivery method to meet need including elearning creation, webinars, recorded trainings, live classroom trainings. Maintained on-demand web-based reference library in SharePoint for 2500 documents Coached and managed performance of 6 employees including documentation specialists, technical trainers and training specialists. Coordinated learning events including flights, hotel, transportation, offsite training locations, shipping of training materials and equipment.
