Daily Duties at Ceres, Inc:

Led management of Ceres’ corporate Health and Safety Program: Implement and ensure safety regulations compliance with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NIOSH, and ANSI:  Developed policies and programs in US and abroad.  Injury and illness prevention and recordkeeping: job hazard assessment; engineering controls; laboratory inspections; safety training, meetings, and health fair; hazardous waste management; monitoring and implementation.  Led management of Laboratory and Facility Operations: budgets, personnel (5), laboratory/facility general activities and operations.  Media Prep Laboratory and culture collection.
