• Perform performance metrics/benchmarking and earned value analysis of long term transmission and power operations planning data to predict and identify project performance concerns; for example, authorization and budgetary issues. • Compile milestone data to create or update the integrated master schedule (IMS) for selected projects. • Interact with select vendors to obtain monthly forecast data for use in monthly accrual analysis. • Perform updates to the detailed forecast files, which contain actual and projected capital and O&M data on a project id level. • Utilize Oracle Hyperion Interactive Reporting to generate actual and projected data for capital and O&M cost analysis, material deliveries, and work order task parameters, which include early start and finish dates. • Assist project managers with the completion of cost data that is used in phased project authorization presentations.
