Daily Duties at Well Point:

Senior Learning Consultant responsible for spearheading innovative training and development initiatives for bottom-line improvements in a business training environment. Managed all aspects of facilitation, change management, process optimization, event planning, coaching and mentoring. Responsible for building training and development operations at the national level and act as a team-leader to promote hands-on solutions, working cross-functionally with all key stakeholders to implement programs that support strategic business goals while reducing costs.
