Daily Duties at University Of Maryland Medical Center:
Served as a Technologist in the Blood Bank with duties to include ABO Typing and crossmatching, red cell antigen phenotyping of alloimmunized and non alloimmunized. Provided antibody detection and identification which aids in the selection of suitable blood for transfusion. Washed red cells for intrauterine transfusions and also for allergic transfusion reaction as well as Pediatric aliquots and irradiating blood products
