•Managed company-wide localization project for websites from inception to launch, including resource allocation, scheduling, budgeting, quality review, stakeholder, risk and change management. •Worked with vendors to ensure all assignments are understood, timeline are followed, and deliveries are completed correctly and on-time. •Supported and educated the company on the role and priorities of languages management in order to ensure continuously improvement on company’s ability to deliver high quality localized website efficiently and expeditiously. •Worked with cross functional team to establish efficient workflows and to improve process planning in order to deliver international site content and products on time with high linguistic quality. •Managed baseline project budget, updated cost forecasts and report on variances on a monthly basis. •Created project reports, including project plans and end of project summaries in order to communicate important decisions to key stakeholders and keep them informed of progress throughout the project. •Collected and analyze progress, quality and other metrics throughout the project and monitored for acceptable boundary conditions. •Spearheaded department initiative including translation quality, process improvements, and vendor strategies and tools improvements.
