Daily Duties at E Bay:

•Define project scope, objectives and requirements, as well as, develops project plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, issues and risks to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met. •Managed the delivery of multiple program concurrently that have high levels of business or technical complexity that involve multiple business areas and owner to ensure overall success of the projects. •Managed dependencies and impacts with other teams and business functions, as well as the integration of the vendors with the resources assign to the project. •Interacted with development teams, quality engineering, business analysts, product managers, support teams, cross-functional business teams and global process owners to develop the overall program plans, schedules and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables. •Provided global and cross-functional leadership to local and virtual project teams, building a collaborative and productive environment for teams to excel in. •Advocating Agile management processes and protocols and driving a stronger culture of executional excellence across the company; Serve as a scrum master taking teams through the transition from traditional waterfall to Scrum and coaching teams in the early phase of an agile / scrum roll out. •Build positive team dynamic and stakeholder relationship, and work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to quality. •Leading release planning activities resulting in the creation of release/program roadmaps and then managing the teams to the delivery plans.
