Daily Duties at Bombardier Aerospace:
• Talent Acquisition Advisor dedicated to the Global 7000/8000 Business Aircraft program. • Recruited for the following Engineering and Design requisitions/disciplines: Stress Engineers, Air Systems, RMAS, Hydro-Mechanical, Structures, Methods Engineers and Analysts, Materials and Process Engineers, Avionics, Supplier Quality, Project Integration Lead, Propulsion Fuel Systems, EMC/HIRF/Lightning Specialist, Systems Development Process (ARP4754) Integrator, Software Engineers. • Also assisted colleagues for other positions in Commercial Operations, Customer and Corporate Services, Operations, Logistics, Supplier Quality, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources. • Conducted behavioral interviews by using and improving the standard interview guides. • Proactively sourced and secured two new recruiting resources: Canadian Aeronautics and Space Institute (CASI) and GlobalStressEngineers.com. • Maintained and updated the Taleo applicant tracking system and provided weekly reports on recruitment phases for the program. • Coordinated employment references, criminal background checks and security clearances. • Obtained requisition approvals for hires and offer letter signatures. • Met with Human Resources Business Partners on a weekly basis to discuss program updates. • Provided weekly status updates to all hiring managers on active or proactive searches. • Attended career fairs at various colleges and universities throughout Ontario. • Assisted with on-boarding of International new hires.
