Daily Duties at Health Net:

Provided administrative abilities for government services arm of one of the largest publicly traded managed health care companies in the US. Handled enrollment, disenrollment, and verification of TRICARE prime members, researching/resolving rejections and other enrollment issues. Administered annual re-enrollment premium billing process. Compiled cash totals and verifications and performed reconciliation using Defense Enrollment Eligibility Registration System (DEERS)/TRICARE Managed Care Services (TRIMACS) and Civilian Health Care Services (CHCS). Interfaced with enrollees and beneficiary service representatives (BSR). Fielded inquiries from Health Net associates regarding DEERS system. Supported leadership on special projects, system design/implementation, and staff training. Fulfilled clerical responsibilities as needed and maintained daily production report.
