• Assumed management of a subcontracted surgical frame production project for a fast-food industry account, while successfully implemented a lean manufacturing methodology that introduced high performance tooling and fixturing innovations that combined multiple operations - cut cycle time by 30%, and achieved 100% throughput capacity. • Supervised Mill Department CNC Machining Team, coordinated night-shift operations, trained, mentored, and technically supported CNC machinists, improved team competency/productivity, and assured compliance with project tooling and quality requirements. • Programmed/operated Okuma CNC Vertical Mill with an OSP200 Windows based control and executed numerous high-tolerance production project parts.
