• Served on a company-wide Safety Committee, evaluating plant-wide safety conditions, identifying areas of risk, recommending safety solutions, and positioning organization for reduced risk and liability. • Managing numerous parts production projects, and machining large-scale parts and assemblies for power generation product line in a unionized work environment. • Operating a Ingersoll Gantry Mill-CNC Mill Retrofit 7-Axis, Mori-Seki SL35-M CNC Lathe, Monarch VLN-17CNC VTL equipment, and consistently meeting targeted project quality, schedule, and deliverables objectives. • Managed tooling applications and programming for the Turbo Rotor machining production project on Ingersoll Gantry Mill utilizing argumentative style cnc programming code lanuage, combined multiple operations on one multi-axis machine, and successfully established a prototype machining process.
