Daily Duties at Lake Air Metal Products:
• Scheduling, P.O. tooling and departmental supply requests, Timecard Audit, and other various activities through the M1 ERP database. • Coordinate and schedule various prototype and repeat part orders on cnc machines accessing skill levels of operators. • Initiating a 5S change management methodology towards continuous lean improvement, to keep cnc machine spindles turning. • Initiate inspection policies to drive a zero-defect ISO environment. • Accessing and structuring towards a tool crib barcode inventory system. • Continuous improvement towards quick-changeover workholding & fixturing concepts.
