Develop and launch a United States property company for this Lloyds of London syndicate. The concept was a hybrid of the pure brokered business typical with the London syndicates. I was responsible for hiring, training and managing a staff of technical underwriters and customer support staff, product development, pricing, risk analytics, reinsurance treaty negotiation, broker appointments, third party administration vendor review, selection and business process outsourcing, business and strategic planning, financial analysis, developing key financial metrics, information systems design and development, technology vendor vetting and prototype design and review, travel to London, and all parts of the US in the course of creating this company
