Daily Duties at G.E. Le Blanc Us, Inc.:
Responsible for managing the after sales service and 10 employees for approximately $20 million division. Accountable for the elaboration and implementation of service strategy plans and policies, and supplying new knowledge of products and business opportunities in accordance with the intentions in the department’s strategic plan. Tasked with economic reporting and reporting of actual results, managing $7 million budget, supporting and optimizing procedures between the company’s departments, and ongoing development, implementation and execution of the region’s after sales strategy. Served as member of Global After Sales Services Management team.
