Daily Duties at Integra Telecommunications:
Monitoring network / environmental / alarms via NetCool. Responsible for taking calls from customers via ACD system. Responsible for working trouble tickets through to resolution. Used direct swiching to troubleshoot issues with customer services. Used Lucent 5ESS, Nortel DMS, Santera, and Metaview switches. Responsible for monitoring and handling toll fraud alerts during overnight shift.
