Daily Duties at Southern Energy Homes:

Directed all financial and treasury aspects, including banking, insurance, legal, tax, regulatory, SEC filings and MIS functions. Collaborated on 2 follow-on public offerings of common stock, raising $50M. Oversaw merger and acquisition process, including due diligence, negotiations and post-acquisition support to new operating subsidiaries. Planned, prepared and analyzed operating budgets for 10 manufacturing divisions, 35 retail centers, 4 supply divisions, a trucking subsidiary and a captive finance subsidiary. Managed overall risk management function and policy, negotiated appropriate insurance. Led general accounting and finance function, including maintenance of general ledgers, financial analysis and payroll reviews. Established and maintained internal control policies/procedures. Guided preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Contributed to investor/public relations, industry analysis, forecasting, cash management, administration of 401(k) plan.
