Daily Duties at Comp Usa:
My job was to provide customers with the detailed information on the various computer systems and related technologies. I would demonstrate the main feature and abilities of the various computer systems. I would then explain the different specifications and configurations, thus helping customers make an informed and intelligent decision. In order to help the customers get the most out of their purchases, I would suggest additional products like external drives, printers, lap top bags, thumb/flash drivers, back up services, software, service plans. In home set up and installations of the many goods and services CompUSA offered. CompUSA also offered education services and classes. I would suggest to customers who wanted to advance their careers or to get the most out of their technology purchases to take classes such as, the Microsoft Office Suite, Apple OS, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
