Daily Duties at Sea Associates:
In addition to duties of law firm associate, called upon to assume responsibility for start-up and day-to-day operations of property/asset management firm overseeing approximately 126 units. Successfully brought absentee-owned 26 unit building back into compliance with rent control and rent stabilization regulations, cleared double-digit outstanding building code violations in their entirety, hired contractors to rehab severely eroded units, brought building back to 100% occupancy at a rental rate income increase of 25+%.
