Responsible for all aspects of the management of two General Services Administration design/build projects on behalf of a New Jersey-based contractor in Washington, D.C. The combined value of the projects was $55 million. Responsibilities included developing policies, procedures, and job duties; the oversight and coordination of the ongoing design work with the construction work; the execution of the work in the field, including meeting all interim milestone dates; and identifying, pricing, and negotiating project design and/or construction changes.
